Starbucks closing

The store is on the east side of Evergreen Way just south of E. Casino Road.

The interior furnishings were removed and bathrooms locked when it was converted to Grab and Go.

The sign on the door refers customers to 75th and Evergreen or Everett Mall Way.

Converting the location to a “grab and go” style and removing the interior furniture and closing the bathrooms apparently was not enough to stop issues at the Starbucks Store at 8407 Evergreen Way in south Everett, Washington.

Signs have now been posted on the door saying the store will close temporarily as of this Saturday.

It sounds like there won’t be any layoffs and employees will move to other area stores.

There is a chance the store may reopen after the Holiday season.

In response to our inquiry this afternoon we received the following from a Starbucks spokesperson via email.

Due to several considerations, we have decided to temporarily modify hours of operations in Everett. We look forward to continuing to serve the local community, and customers can use the Store Locator on the Starbucks app or website to stay up to date on their store’s hours of operation.

In the Summer of 2022 Starbucks permanently closed their store in the 11800 block of Highway 99 in south Everett citing safety concerns.
