Editor’s Update 12:00 PM: Everett Fire Marshal Eric Hicks provided an update this morning on the recycling center fire at 101 E. Marine View Drive next to the Snohomish River. The property owner identified the business as Eco Fuel. A records search with the Secretary of State’s Office shows Eco Fuel, LLC is an active Washington Corporation managed by Ed Rubatino of Everett. Hicks said assistant Everett Fire Marshals had been to the business after earlier fires this week and were working on a plan to spread apart the piles inside the building.
