For quite some time, a multiple residence property in the 3100 block of Lombard Ave had generated calls to 911 and caused nearby residents frustration. Our Community Outreach and Enforcement Team (COET) was able to establish probable cause that a resident was selling fentanyl out of one of the units. A search warrant for the unit was applied for and granted and the search warrant was served earlier this week. At the same time, the Snohomish County Regional Drug Task Force served a search warrant at another unit in the building.

While serving the warrant, COET and assisting officers seized the following:
505 fentanyl pills
A little more than $2,000 in cash

A puppy was found living in horrible conditions inside the residence and was taken to the Everett Animal Shelter to find a loving forever family.

Overall, 4 subjects were arrested and probable cause has been filed for a 5th subject.

Neighboring residents were ecstatic to see the Police Department’s efforts and came out to voice their support.

Thank you to everyone involved for enhancing the livability of our neighborhoods!
