Everett & Snohomish County Ballots Hit Mailboxes This Week

General Election Day is November 7th but voting begins when you get your ballot.

A reminder that while the General Election Day is Tuesday November 7th, voting begins when you get your ballot.

The Snohomish County Auditor will be mailing local voters’ pamphlets on Wednesday October 18th and ballots on Thursday October 19th.

In the City of Everett, Washington the two at-large City Council positions are up for grabs. There are also Port Commission and School Board seats up in Everett.

A number of Snohomish County positions are on the ballot including Everett’s representative on the Snohomish County Council. Also, County Executive, Sheriff, Auditor and Assessor. Clerk and Treasurer positions are unopposed. There are also some Judicial positions on the ballot.

A reminder that there will be a candidate forum featuring Everett City Council candidates and others Monday night (Oct 16th) from 6:30pm – 8:30pm in the 4th Floor Weyerhaeuser Room at Everett Station, 3201 Smith Street. It’s sponsored by the Everett Council of neighborhoods and moderated by the League of Women Voters of Snohomish County.
