4th of July Festivities in Everett

Everett will be celebrating the Fourth of July properly with a parade and fireworks.

Last year there was a glitch with the fireworks, so we expect there will be no better prepared firework show in the area.

Everett’s Fourth of July Parade Starts at 11am

A committee of Everett residents brought back the Everett Fourth of July parade for 2024. The parade starts at 25th & Colby Ave, then moves to Wall Street, turns Left to Wetmore Ave, and left on Wetmore Ave to 25th Street (click on the map to the right).

Just before the parade, at 10:45am the Seattle Cossacks (motorcycle stunt and drill team) will be performing.

Everett’s iconic Thunder on the Bay fireworks show returns with a 20-minute show set to launch over Port Gardner Bay. With Everett being a waterfront city, there are a bunch of great places to watch the fireworks. The best viewing locations are:

  • Legion Memorial Park
  • Grand Avenue Park
  • Port of Everett
  • Harborview Park

During the fireworks tune your radio to listen on KXA FM 101.1 or AM 1520 for a soundtrack to go with the fireworks.

Due to limited parking, Free Shuttles will be provided.

For the parade: park your vehicle for free at Everett Station and hop aboard the complimentary Everett Transit shuttle. Running from bay F1 starting at 9:30 a.m., the shuttle will drop you off at the heart of the parade route, at Hoyt and Wall. Enjoy the festivities with ease, knowing that when the parade concludes, the shuttle will be ready to take you back to Everett Station from Hoyt and Wall.

For the fireworks there’s a shuttle to Legion Memorial Park. More info here.
