Sharing Wheels Offers Bike Repar Classes In Everett

Help yourself and learn how to help others.

Does your bicycle have a flat tire or a squeaky chain? Get your bike ready for spring riding with basic or advanced bike repair classes at Sharing Wheels Community Bike Shop in Everett. Or attend a session on buying the right bike for you.

Education and empowerment are key parts of the nonprofit’s mission of “keeping people and bikes moving.” All classes require advanced registration. Classes may be canceled if not enough students sign-up.

The next basic bike repair class is 6-9 p.m. Feb. 26, with another in March. Advanced classes are Wednesdays in April. Classes are for adults or teens with parent and instructor permission.

All classes are held at Sharing Wheels Community Bike Shop, 2531 Broadway Avenue in Everett, Washington. Parking and entrance are at the back.

Basic Bike Maintenance – one night class 6-9 p.m.. Wednesday Feb. 26; March 25; May 13

Advanced Bike Maintenance – 4 session class 6-9 p.m. Wednesdays April 8-29; or July 9-30

Bike Buying Tips – free one hour class 7-8 p.m. Wednesday March 11
