Burglars Hit Everett Pot Shop Twice Within 24 Hours

October 20, 2019

Police Blotter

This is the second time in 24 hours the store has been hit by smash and grab burglars.

This time the entire front door was knocked out by burglars.

Yesterday we told you about burglars damaging the front door to get into Purple Haze Pot Shop in the 4200 block of Rucker Avenue early Saturday morning.

Early this morning (Sunday) they were back. About 2:45 AM Everett Police were called to a burglary in progress at Purple Haze. This time the burglars knocked out the entire front door and were in and out within a couple of minutes.

Two years ago, in November of 2017, this same retail pot shop was burglarized twice within two days leading them to replace the glass front door with wood.

Looks like they’re going to need something heavier. Everett Police are investigating.
