SCSO is investigating a still working on a drive-by shooting Saturday afternoon near 128th SW
Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested three males following a short vehicle pursuit. Today, at about 1207 PM, Deputies responded to a shots fired calls in the area on 8th Ave W and 128th St SW. An involved vehicle fleeing the area of the shooting was described as – a Black Cadillac Escalade with two males inside.
Deputies located the Escalade – heading southbound towards the City of Lynnwood. Deputies pursued the suspect – and used the PIT (Pursuit Intervention Technique) to safely stop the eluding vehicle. Both the driver (20 year old male) and the passenger (16 year old male) were arrested and booked. Additionally, another 20 year old male was arrested back at the original shooting location, and he was also booked, without further incident.
There were no injuries as a result of the shooting nor the pursuit.
This investigation is on-going.
