While the North Everett Tweaker Cam has turned into a source of much discussion on social media and the whole “Welcome to Tweakerville” sign issue has gotten people talking it should be noted that on November 22nd of last year the City of Everett also put together and posted a YouTube video of Smith Street to make a point about donating to people and the garbage that accumulates in that area.
There seems to be a healthy discussion of street issues and suggested solutions going on in Everett, Washington right now. Everett is breaking a lot of new ground and some things are working while other issues continue to frustrate.
