Co-Founder of ESPN to Speak in Everett

1st ESPN broadcast was in Sept. 1979. Meet co-founder Bil Rasmussen tomorrow during Imagine Children's Fundraising breakfast in downtown Everett.

Fox Sports 1380 interviewed Bill Rasmussen on the early days of ESPN. Today Rich Myhre of
The Herald has a nice article and profile of Rasmussen and tomorrow the public is invited to hear Rasmussen speak during the
annual men’s fundraising breakfast at Imagine Children’s Museum. Rasmussen co-founded ESPN back in 1979 with his son in Bristol, Connecticut. You can find out more on the early days of ESPN on
