Three people are in custody after an early morning pursuit in south Everett. Here’s what we know so far from the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office…

Three are in custody after they had rammed the patrol car of the deputy attempting to contact them, which led to a pursuit that ended at the intersection of 121st St SE and SR527 (19th Ave SE).

Around 4:40 a.m., a deputy was dispatched to the area near the 3200 block of 132nd St SE for a report of a vehicle parked in a disabled spot with the occupants sleeping inside. The vehicle was reported to be stolen. As the deputy approached, the suspect driver vehicle rammed the deputy’s patrol car and fled. A pursuit ensued and the suspect vehicle was stopped after stop sticks and PIT maneuvers were deployed. Two female occupants of the vehicle are in custody and the driver faces 2nd degree assault charges. The road was closed for the investigation but has since re-opened.
