There’s going to be some top-level hockey at Xfinity Arena in Everett this weekend. Zoe Harris is the tireless promoter for the event and passed along this information…
The Western Washington Female Hockey Association’s Washington Wild 19U Rep AA team from Shoreline meets Williams Lake of B.C. in three exhibition games at Everett’s Xfinity Arena February 24 – 26 — a rare occurrence in the local area as the elite team plays primarily in the lower mainland in the Pacific Coast Amateur Hockey Association (PCAHA) Female League.
This is a great opportunity to see the highest level of girls’ hockey in Washington State. Admission is free. The Washington Wild play exhibition games as they prepare for the USA Hockey Pacific District Championship Tournament, which will be held in Anaheim, CA March 2 – 5, in order to vie for the USA Hockey National Championship in Troy, MI in April.
Exhibition Schedule:
Fri. Feb 24 – 7:30pm – community rink
Sat. Feb 25 – 12:30pm – main rink
Sun. Feb 26 – 11:15am – main rink
