No one home when fire breaks out in home on Lexington Avenue in central Everett
Neighbors who saw a central Everett house filling with smoke checked for occupants and called 9-1-1 Monday afternoon leading to fast work and a quick stop by Everett Firefighters.
The house, in the 2000 block of Lexington Avenue had smoke pouring from the eaves as fire crews arrived.
The fire was quickly put out and the house did suffer some smoke and water damage.
An investigator with the Everett Fire Department is on scene. No word yet on the cause of the fire. Here are some MyEverettNews.com photos from the scene. Click to enlarge.
