Officers responded to an unlawful discharge complaint at a home on Paine Field Way around 12:23pm. The man fired at least one round at the Everett Police and officers fired back.

Katie Kutsyy posted a temporary instagram story showing the gunman shooting at the camera at her mother-in-law’s house. Graphic warning: the story later shows police shooting what we believe is a non-lethal munition at the gunman, possibly striking him.

No injuries have been reported yet. The Standoff is still ongoing.
Update: at 11:25pm they may have the suspect in custody.

Extra support, including SWAT, multiple bearcats, a drone, K9 and several police agencies on scene.

The subject is barricaded in the home. Other homes in the area are being evacuated.
