Nurses To Vote On Tentative Agreement With Providence Regional Medical Center

A brief statement from Erika Hermanson at Providence Swedish on a tentative agreement between the hospital in Everett, Washington and nurses represented by UFCW 3000 as first reported in The Herald yesterday. No worn yet from the Union in response to our inquiry.

Statement from Providence Regional Medical Center Everett:

After nearly nine months, Providence Regional Medical Center Everett (PRMCE) and United Food and Commercial Workers (UFCW) have reached a tentative agreement on the terms of a new collective bargaining agreement, covering nearly 1,400 nurses.

In the coming week, UFCW will provide PRMCE represented nurses more details on the tentative agreement and the planned ratification vote.

PRMCE and UFCW look forward to continuing our collaborative working relationship supporting the practice of nursing and ensuring high-quality, compassionate care for the patients and communities we serve.
