The northbound lanes were completely blocked coming into Broadway. The southbound lanes remained open.
The M. E. listed the cause of death as blunt force injuries. The manner of death is Accident.
About 5:30 AM Everett Police received a report of a person who was down in the roadway. Arriving officers determined the person appeared to have been hit by a vehicle. There is no other information at this point.
