The man was reportedly riding a scooter near E. Casino and Bruin Boulevard.
Everett Police and Fire rigs blocked the roadway for about an hour.
It happened around 11:42 AM Monday morning at the intersection of Bruin Boulevard and East Casino Road in south Everett, Washington.
A male in his 50s was said to be operating the scooter when it crashed.
Everett Police and Firefighters tried life saving efforts on the man and he was transported to Providence Regional Medical Center but succumbed to his injuries.
He was reportedly not wearing a helmet.
The Snohomish County Medical Examiner will work to determine the cause of death and release the man’s identity.
The intersection was closed for about an hour for the investigation.
