South Everett Bank Robbery Suspect Caught By Everett Police Wednesday Afternoon

Everett Police at the Wells Fargo Bank at 75th and Evergreen Way.

A suspect was stopped by Everett Police near a construction site about five blocks south of the bank.

A K-9 team from Arlington Police was brought in to do a confirmation and evidence track with Everett PD.

Around 2:00 PM Everett Police responded to a bank robbery alarm at the Wells Fargo at 75th street and Evergreen Way in south Everett, Washington.

The alarm was good with the suspect reportedly last seen heading south of the bank.

Multiple Everett Police units flooded the area and the suspect was located on Evergreen Way near a construction site about a quarter mile south of the bank and taken into custody without incident.

A K-9 was brought in and did a confirmation track from the bank to where Everett Police contacted the suspect.

The suspect was booked into the Snohomish County Jail on suspicion of robbery and is expected to make his first court appearance tomorrow.
