The folks at Sharing Wheels Community Bike Shop in Everett, Washington have set the date for their “Make A Bike Wheel Wreath” event. Here’s what you need to know.

Upcycled bike wheels make fun and festive holiday wreaths – especially if you have a bicycle lover in your household. Sharing Wheels Community Bike Shop is hosting a Bike Wheel Wreath Workshop on Sunday afternoon, Dec. 4.

Join local artist Raniere for an afternoon of holiday wreath making. She will help you ‘upcycle’ our old bicycle wheels into a festive indoor or outdoor decoration.

Crafting materials such as ribbon, glue, wire, greenery, etc. will be provided, and feel free to bring along your own “wheel art” additions.

Hot cider and cookies will get you in the holiday spirit!

Workshop sessions are 12pm to 2pm or 3pm to 5pm

Cost is $20 per adult, $10 per child or $30 for a family (wreaths for two children and one adult; or two adults).

Space is limited, so reserve early.
