Pedestrian Dies Following Incident At Airport Road And Evergreen Way

Traffic Safety Detectives in Everett, Washington were called out to the intersection of Airport Road and Evergreen Way late Sunday night following an incident involving a pedestrian and vehicle at that intersection.

Everett Police Public Information Officer Kerby Duncan told MyEverettNews.com the following via email this morning.

A male in his 30s was crossing from West to East on the south side of Airport and Evergreen. He did not have the right of way and was struck and killed by a vehicle who did have the right of way.

The driver stayed on scene and cooperated with police, no signs of impairment.

The intersection was closed for hours as Everett Police conducted their investigation.
