Everett Police first blocked off 75th Street and then later Broadway.

After about 3 hours the suspect surrendered.

A felony suspect wanted by Everett Police refused to come out of a house on 75th Street Sunday afternoon leading Everett Police to shut down 75th Street SE and also Broadway from 74th to 77th while they worked to get a peaceful resolution.
