Tuesday night three men armed with guns entered and robbed Bud’s Garage at the corner of Everett and Walnut. It happened around 10 PM.

The three escaped on foot out of the store and most likely fled in a vehicle parked down the street taking cash and product.

Anyone who may have seen unusual activity around the area at that time is asked to call the Everett Police Tip line at (425) 257-8450.

Everett Police public information officer Kerby Duncan tells MyEverettNews.com that their major crimes detectives are working on the case. He says it is too early to say if last night’s robbery is related to a similar takeover that occurred at Bud’s Garage on December 15th.

In addition to last night’s robbery there have been several other takeover robberies and burglaries of retail marijuana stores and distribution locations outside of Everett over the last two months. Duncan says police in the area are pooling their resources.

“We are actively coordinating with other local law enforcement agencies whose locales have also been impacted by this ongoing string of violent robberies”, Duncan said.

Area marijuana retailers are also working to share information with each other. We’ll update this story as more information becomes available.
