Police Investigate Shooting At North End Of Silver Lake

Not a lot of details yet but Everett Police have shut down the southbound lanes of 19th Avenue SE between 112th and 116th at the north end of Silver Lake in south Everett as they investigate an altercation that ended in one person being shot.
That person has been transported to Providence Regional Medical Center in Everett and Major Crimes Detectives with Everett Police are on the scene.
The southbound lanes are likely to be closed for some time. Northbound lanes are open but traffic slow. We’ll update as more information becomes available.
