It was a distraction for motorists on busy 41st street but no injuries or major damage to the building following a fire on the roof of the Everett Clinic Hearing Aid Center at 41st and Hoyt Wednesday morning. Calls started coming in about 10:15 AM of flames seen from the roof of the building. Everyone got out safely and firefighters from Everett Fire found smoke coming from a corner of the roof at the south end of the building as well as a bit of fire and smoke coming out of an HVAC unit. It took crews a little more than an hour to open things up and make sure there was no extension through the building. An investigator is on scene trying to determine what started the fire. Here are a few MyEverettNews.com photos from the scene.
