Rethink Housing is a multi-year effort to develop a community-wide housing action plan that will include strategies for addressing the housing needs for current and future Everett residents . The housing need in the Everett community includes and additional approximately 23,000 new housing units are needed by 2035 to accommodate the expect growth. We invite members from all city residential areas, communities of color and underserved community members to share their points of views and experiences.

Virtual Forum: Jan. 14, 2:30 p.m.
Welcome keynote speaker President & CEO Nan Roman of National Alliance to End Homelessness as she discusses a national perspective to address homelessness. The National Alliance to End Homelessness is a public education, advocacy and capacity-building organization. Learn about the national landscape of homelessness and the continuum of housing needed for the homeless population, including effects of COVID-19. Information will be presented about national best practices and how those strategies can respond locally to help address homelessness here in Everett.
