Armed Robbers Hit Everett Pot Shop

The suspects fled on foot and likely got into a nearby car.
Everett Police have confirmed that they are looking for three suspects who robbed the High Society Retail Marijuana Store in the 1800 block of Broadway Friday night. Officer Kerby Duncan tells MyEverettNews.com three males entered just before 8:45 PM. Two described as African American and one as white or Hispanic. All three suspects were armed with handguns, one of which had a broken magazine that fell out and was identified as a 9MM. Both cash and an unknown amount of marijuana products were taken by the suspects who ran out the front door.
There is video footage of the incident which was provided to Officers on scene and is being reviewed by detectives. The suspects have not yet been positively identified but Everett Police are working with SCSO to determine if this robbery is related to a robbery on September 17 on Highway 99 south of Everett. That was also a take-over style robbery with armed suspects. No one was hurt in either case. If you have any information you are asked to call the Everett Police Tip Line at 425-257-8450.
