Good news! Our meter readers are back in the field as of yesterday, which means no more estimated bills for most of our customers. It can take a while to transition and we thank you for your patience!
As a reminder, you may receive a bill which includes either a charge or a credit for energy used but not estimated correctly by us. We’re here to help with any billing questions and will find a solution that works for you.
