Word in from Snohomish PUD that after being taken out of the field during the stay home order meter readers will be coming back to the neighborhoods. This in yesterday from Snohomish PUD.

Good news! Our meter readers are back in the field as of yesterday, which means no more estimated bills for most of our customers. It can take a while to transition and we thank you for your patience!

As a reminder, you may receive a bill which includes either a charge or a credit for energy used but not estimated correctly by us. We’re here to help with any billing questions and will find a solution that works for you.

Thank you for your support and patience while we estimated to help keep you and our dedicated meter readers safe. And if you happen to see your meter reader please maintain your distance and give them a friendly wave! You can reach us at 425-783-1000 for assistance.
