Being tasked with reducing gang related criminal activity and improving the quality of life for citizens, the Gang Response Unit (GRU) suspected that two known gang members have been supplying drugs at a local Everett motel, but living in the 3300 block of Oakes Ave. Investigating and working with the Pro-ACT Unit, a search warrant was obtained to enter the residence. As the units converged, a 40 year-old man left the house and fled in his car during a traffic stop. Four other men were detained and arrested at the residence. Inside, officers found:
3.3 kilograms of methamphetamine
83 grams of heroin
Brown heroin
Multiple rifles
Shotgun
Handgun
Ammunition
Of the 4 men arrested, a 39 year-old was booked into jail for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, drug conspiracy, and other charges. A 28 year-old was booked for driving with a suspended license and possession of burglary tools. Two males, 27 and 30 years-old, were booked on outstanding warrants. Everett Police continues looking for the 40 year-old who fled as he is wanted on multiple felony charges.
