On Friday July 26, 2019 at approximately 5:40 pm the subject in the attached photographs is suspected of sexually assaulting a 33-year-old female in a wooded area in the 17100 blk of Hwy 99. The female reported that she met the subject on a transit bus when he struck up a conversation with her. They exited the bus together and went to a nearby business where the female purchased some clothing. The victim went into a wooded area nearby. She reported that while in the woods the subject pushed her down and she struck her head on a tree, and was briefly knocked unconscious.

The victim advised that she was then sexually assaulted by the subject. After the assault, the subject reportedly took her money and left. The female walked out of the woods and a store employee heard her screaming for someone to call 911. The victim was taken to the hospital for medical attention where she was treated for her injuries and spoke with Lynnwood detectives. She was later released from the hospital.

The subject is believed to frequent the South Everett to North Lynnwood area along Hwy 99. If you see him please call 911. If you know who this subject is please contact Detective Russ Sattarov at 425-670-5633 and reference Lynnwood Police Case #2019-27078.
