Fire Damages One Unit At South Everett Apartment Complex

Shortly after midnight Everett Fire crews were called to the Olin Fields Apartments on Holly Drive for a report of fire in a second floor unit.

Arriving firefighters reported smoke from one apartment and the first Engine in was able to get a quick knock-down and keep the fire contained to one unit. There were no injuries but a family of four was displaced.

A cat was safely removed from the affected apartment. At the time of this writing there was no cause or damage estimate available and a fire investigator has been called to the scene.
