Fire heavily damaged the apartments on the top floor while there was extensive water damage to the Pub.
The cause of death was given as smoke inhalation and the manner of death was accident.
Andvik was reportedly visiting a friend in an apartment above Harvey’s Pub at the time a fire broke out. The friend managed to get out but reported to firefighters he thought Andvik was still inside. His body was located on the second floor.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation by the Everett Fire Department.
