A confrontation between two people at a central Everett restaurant led to shots fired and damage to at least one vehicle on Beverly Lane.

Everett Police say last night around 10 PM two people got into some type of confrontation in the parking lot of a restaurant in the 6900 block of Evergreen Way. When one of the parties involved took out a gun the other left.

The person with the gun began following the first person around various streets in central Everett and in the 7100 block of Beverly Lane, multiple shots were fired.

Bullets hit the car of the first person involved and also at least one parked vehicle along Beverly Lane. The driver of the first car continued to Madison and Fleming and flagged down Everett Police.

Everett Police closed Beverly Lane between Morgan Road and 72nd street for a short time and recovered shell casings. Detectives are following up and looking for video. Everett Police spokesman Aaron Snell tells MyEverettNews.com no people were hit by the gunfire.
