The shooting was reported shortly after noon.
Details are scarce but Aaron Snell with Everett Police tells MyEverettNews.com a woman called 9-1-1 from a unit at the Marnice Apartments on 75th street shortly after noon today and reported she had been shot.
When officers arrived they found her inside a locked apartment with a gunshot wound.
The woman’s injuries are believed to not be life threatening.
No other details at this time, we’ll update if we hear more.
