Flooding Fears Close Rotary Park

The Snohomish River was on the rise Wednesday afternoon

City officials will decide on Friday when to re-open the Lowell Riverfront Trail.
Concerns over flooding have led to the closure of Rotary Park and the Lowell Riverfront Trail.
Rotary Park is closed due to minor flooding and high water conditions at the boat launch.
Lowell Riverfront Trail closed this afternoon.
Both Rotary Park and Lowell Riverfront Trail will remain closed through Thursday, November 23rd.
The reopening of the park and trail will be decided on Friday, pending changes in the forecast through the weekend.
