Final Everett Election Results In, Voter Turnout Just 24%

The Snohomish County Auditor yesterday certified the results of the Primary Election.

County-wide the turnout was just 24% of registered voters. Here are the results from the Everett races with the names in bold moving to the General Election in November. All Everett offices non-partisan.

Shean Nasin   1,284   9.59%
Judy Tuohy   3,947   29.48%
Brian Sullivan 3,884 29.01%

Total 13,388 100.00%

Leland (Lee) Dart 3,335 25.77%
Justin Murta 2,296 17.74%
Paul Roberts 7,246 55.98%
Write-In 66 0.51%
Total 12,943 100.00%

Everett City Council Position 2
Alex Lark 5,272 40.87%
Jeff Moore 6,394 49.57%
Jordan Marsh 1,161 9.00%
Write-In 72 0.56%
Total 12,899 100.00%

Everett City Council Position 3
Jonathan C. Peebles 1,882 14.63%
Jennifer A. Hesse 3,127 24.31%
Scott D. Murphy 7,770 60.40%
Write-In 86 0.67%

On the fall ballot Everett voters will also choose candidates for Municipal Court Judge, Everett School Board and Everett Port Commission.

Ballots for the November 7th General Election will be mailed October 18th.
