Hours before Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump makes his way to Everett, State Sen. John McCoy, State Rep. Noel Frame, State Rep. June Robinson, Everett Mayor Ray Stephanson, Aaron Thomas with Lummi Nation, Teresa Mosqueda with Washington State Labor Council, AFL-CIO, Raymond Miller with NAACP Snohomish County Branch and other community leaders will lead a rally to denounce Trump’s dangerous and divisive campaign.
They will also highlight how Trump’s hateful rhetoric is inconsistent with Washington State’s values and how we cannot afford to have hate in the White House.
After the 4 p.m. rally, demonstrators will walk to Xfinity Arena and protest outside the arena.
