Enjoy a great Saturday night while raising funds for a new X-Ray machine.

It’s a first for the Animal Rescue Foundation of Everett. The Golden Paws Gala will be a night of comedy, food, drinks and good times this Saturday at the Everett Animal Shelter. According to Amy Ferguson, Executive Director of ARF, all the fun is for a great cause. “We have a goal this year of raising $50,000.00 for a new X-Ray machine for the Everett Animal Shelter,” said Ferguson. “So far we’ve raised $10,000.00 and we hope to hit our goal by the end of 2014.” ARF is a non-profit group dedicated to raising money for the medical needs of the animals that enter into the Everett Animal Shelter. They operated the beer and wine stations at Shakaroo this year and this event is the next step in reaching their goal. Click here for tickets to Saturday night’s event. You can also visit the ARF web page to find out more about their work to support the animals at the Everett Shelter.
