Everett City Council

The Everett City Council is going to keep its one daytime meeting a month.

There was a vigorous debate with arguments on both sides, but after a 4 -3 vote Wednesday night, the Everett City Council has rejected a plan to eliminate its one daytime meeting a month. Councilmembers Stonecipher, Roberts and Bader voted to eliminate the daytime meeting while members Gipson, Murphy, Anderson and Moore voted to keep it. Thus, the fourth Everett City Council meeting of each month will continue to be held on Wednesdays at 12:30pm with all other meetings on Wednesdays at 6:30pm.
