Everett Chevrolet Demolition – No Permits Issued Yet For What’s To Come
The demolition permit was issued back in February and work is nearly complete. Click photo to enlarge.
Back in February of this year demolition permits were issued to Argonaut Holdings out of Detroit for the demolition of the buildings at Everett Chevrolet. The dealership at 7307 Evergreen Way had been closed for some time. In July demolition began and the work is nearly complete. According to Everett City Spokesperson Meghan Pembroke, there have been no subsequent land use submittals or permits issued for the site. MyEverettNews.com has calls into Argonaut Holdings and Chevrolet but so far no word on whether a new Chevrolet Dealership will be built at that location.
