Squirrel Responsible For Everett Power Outage Tuesday Morning

The Snohomish PUD says a wayward squirrel got into the wrong part of the Pinehurst substation Tuesday morning putting 8000 Everett residents into the dark for 40 minutes. Bob Bolerjack from Snohomish PUD says the outage occurred at 6:38am and power was restored at 7:18am. The outage caused some traffic tie ups and made a few people late for work but most likely fared better than the squirrel.
