Sunshine, Street Hockey, BBQ, Beer Garden, Today in Downtown Everett

Three different rinks will be buzzing with activity today as the Everett Silvertips host their 2nd Annual Street Hockey Tournament. There are three rinks. The first, Vinnie’s Rink, is at the parking lot at the corner of Hewitt and Lombard. It will host all of the kids games. Those brackets are for ages 9 – 12 and 13 – 17. The two adult rinks are located in the Comcast Arena Loading and Parking area. The entrance for that is at Broadway and Wall street. In addition to the street hockey that location will host a beer garden and barbecue. It’s too late to bring a team and play as the pairings are all set but if you’d like to have some fun in the sun, this might just the place to spend your Saturday.
