Everett AquaSox 40th Anniversary Season Kicks Off Soon

It’s officially baseball season and time to see what our local team, the Everett AquaSox, have in store for us this season.

This year marks the 40th year of professional baseball in downtown Everett. The 2024 season kicks off with an away game on April 8th, but the season opening home game will be on April 9th. The 2024 season will be packed with special events, theme nights, giveaways, fireworks and more.

AquaSox Promotional Nights:

The AquaSox will host several fun promotional nights, including the popular Star Wars Night on Saturday, May the 4th (featuring Ewok-inspired baseball jerseys), Marvel Defenders of the Diamond Night (June 8th), Pink at the Park (June 22nd), Frogstock (August 3rd), and many more.

Besides their Funko Friday giveaways, the AquaSox will also offer several giveaway items, including a pickleball paddle, a Hawaiian shirt, a Cal Raleigh bobblehead, a magnet schedule, an a team baseball card set.

AquaSox Schedule:

AquaSox Opening Night at Funko Field will be Tuesday, April 9 against the Eugene Emeralds at 7:05 pm.

More Fun Activities:

Season-long promotions, include Silver Sluggers, BECU Family Nights, Speedway Chevrolet Sundays, and every Sunday kids can run the bases after the game. On Bark in the Park days, you can bring your dog.

Special events include Brewfest, WSU Alumni Night, UW Alumni Night, Pride Night, Princess Party, Christmas in July, and Salute to Mariners Weekend.

Several fireworks shows dot the schedule again this season, including the Independence Day Fireworks Extravaganza on Thursday, July 4. The schedule for other fireworks shows throughout the season, along with specific promotional nights, can be found here.
