WSP Alert for 4-Year Old Ariel Garcia as Endangered Missing Person

Emergency messaging went out by the Washington State Patrol for 4-year old Ariel Garcia in Everett.

UPDATE – March 28, 2024, 7:15 PM: Today, at around 5:55 PM, the Everett Police Department was notified that a body had been located at a location outside of Everett.  Initial indications are that the found body is the missing person in this case. The family has been notified. The Snohomish County Medical Examiner is responding and will determine the cause and manner of death and confirm the identity the victim. Major Crimes detectives from the Everett Police Department are actively involved in this case and are investigating this incident as a homicide.

There is no perceived threat to the community. Because the investigation is ongoing, additional information is still be gathered and confirmed.  The next press release can be expected on Friday, March 29th.”

Garcia was last seen in the 4800 block of Vesper Dr in Everett, WA at approximately 7am on Wednesday March 27th.

The Everett Police Department (EPD) is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 4 year old Ariel Garcia. He is a Hispanic male with brown hair and brown eyes. There is no current clothing description.

His mother has been located, but Ariel’s whereabouts are unknown at this time.

If you have any information involving this vehicle between 11am and 2pm between Everett and Vancouver, WA, call 911.

Vehicle is a Steel Blue Nissan Sentra with a Washington license plate, #CJC9954

One odd thing about the Missing Persons alert is that it went out to everyone, regardless of Amber Alert settings and it linked to Twitter (or X), which isn’t usually viewable by people with being logged into Twitter.
