Downtown Everett Association Trick Or Treat Event A Big Hit With Kids, Parents & Merchants Today
From 12noon to 5 PM the streets in downtown Everett, Washington were packed with kids (and many parents) in costume for the annual Treat or Treat event presented by the Downtown Everett Association. The action was centered around the Wetmore Plaza but business throughout the downtown Everett area were handing out treats. Things were busy all afternoon. Here are just a few photos.
