A medic unit heads north on Evergreen Way from the motel.
The southbound lanes of Evergreen Way were block for about 30 minutes.
Patrol officers are securing the scene for Major Crimes Detectives.
Major Crimes Detectives are headed to the Far West Motel at 6030 Evergreen Way in Everett after a person was shot in the parking lot.
This happened right around 2:30 PM. One person has been taken to Providence Regional Medical Center with life-threatening injuries and at this writing there have been no arrests.
All southbound lanes of Evergreen Way were blocked for some time but have since reopened.
Patrol officers are securing the scene and talking to witnesses.
