Transformer Blows – Line Down Leaves Hundreds Without Power In Lowell

Late Thursday morning several hundred customers of Snohomish PUD lost power after an issue with a transformer and line down on Lincoln Street between S. 2nd and S. 3rd streets.

Everett Fire checked the area and PUD crews worked on the issue and power was restored after about an hour.

Several intersections were without traffic lights which brings the reminder that intersections where the power is out become 4-way-stops.
