Hit And Run Crash Leaves Man In Critical Condition On Everett Mall Way

Everett May Way was shut down for about 3 hours for the investigation.

Detectives with the Everett Police Traffic Safety Unit were called out after a man was found lying in the roadway near 2nd Avenue SE and Everett Mall Way early Friday morning.

Kerby Duncan with Everett Police tells MyEverettNews.com about 3:15 AM people reported hearing sounds of a collision and found the victim in the roadway. Medics were called and the the victim was transported with life-threatening injuries to Providence Regional Medical Center.

The roadway was closed in both directions until shortly after 6 AM between 3rd SE and 4th Avenue West for the investigation.
