Basement Apartment Fire Displaces Everett Family

The Snohomish County Chapter of the American Red Cross is helping a family displaced after a fire in their basement apartment Sunday morning.
The fire was reported about 8:30 AM in a multi-unit apartment in the 3500 block of Wetmore. Everett Firefighters were able to contain the fire to the basement unit. There were no injuries and an Everett Fire Investigator is working to determine the cause.
