Two Dozen Apartments Proposed For 34th And Colby

A new apartment building is being proposed for the corner of 34th and Colby at the edge of downtown Everett, Washington. The building would be four stories tall with a parking garage. There are 26 units proposed along with an office and fitness center over a 15 stall parking garage.

The owners applied back in May and received approval earlier this month with conditions including landscaping, a decorative retaining wall, open space and a transportation plan.
