Owner Adds A Sign Of The Times To Everett’s Masked Muffler Man
On Saturday Boyce Cardell who owns the building in the 1100 block of Hewitt with the 20-foot-tall man on top called me yesterday saying he was adding a sign. “I think its an important reminder,” Cardell said. (He put the mask on the man at the beginning of the month)
